The housekeeping is a chargeable service which includes cleaning, bed linen change and towel change. Each booking is required to pay €120 for this service which includes weekly pool cleaning.

5 minutes drive is Los Alcazares which has a fantastic coastline with over 7 kilometres of sandy beaches which give direct access to the warm waters of the Mar Menor (salt water lagoon)
Sports on Site​
On site is an 18 hole golf course deigned by Jack Nicklaus. Good practice facilities, driving range and pro shop. There is also Paddle tennis, crazy golf and a gym.

The local Markets in the neighbourhood are on weekly. Selling fresh produce and Spanish wears.
